Purewin terms of service: rules for using our platform, contest eligibility, deposit/withdrawal terms, prohibited activities, dispute resolution.
By creating a Purewin account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use Purewin services. Purewin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
You must be 18 years or older to use Purewin real-money services. Users from states where real-money gaming is prohibited (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland) cannot participate in real-money contests but may access free content. Purewin verifies user age and state during registration.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Purewin is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account - please use a strong password and enable biometric lock.
KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar) is required for withdrawals above Rs 10,000. Purewin uses government-verified APIs to verify identity. False or fraudulent KYC documents will result in account suspension and potential legal action. Purewin cooperates with law enforcement to prosecute KYC fraud.
Deposits: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 1,00,000 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly via UPI, Paytm, or bank transfer. Purewin does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may charge nominal fees.
Withdrawals: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 2,00,000 per day. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes via UPI or 1-2 hours via bank transfer. Purewin does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals require KYC verification and may require source-of-funds documentation for large amounts.
Contests: Purewin offers skill-based fantasy sports contests. Entry fees, prize pools, and rules vary by contest. All contests are governed by official scoring rules published on the contest page. Disputes are resolved based on official data sources.
Multi-accounting: creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage in contests. Detection: we use device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral patterns. Violation: account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, potential legal action.
Collusion: coordinating with other users to share captain picks or team selections in a way that disadvantages other users. Detection: statistical analysis of team correlation. Violation: account suspension and forfeiture.

Automated scripts: using bots or scripts to enter contests or build teams. Detection: behavioral analysis, device fingerprinting. Violation: account suspension.
Purewin is committed to fair play. We invest heavily in anti-fraud technology and policies to ensure every contest is fair for all players. This section explains our fair play commitments and the measures we take to enforce them.
Fair play commitment: every Purewin contest is a skill-based game. Winners are determined by player performance, not by chance, fraud, or manipulation. We do not allow: multi-accounting, collusion, automated scripts, or any other behavior that gives unfair advantage. Violators are permanently banned, and winnings are forfeited.
Anti-fraud technology: Purewin uses machine learning models to detect suspicious behavior. The models analyze: device fingerprinting (same device, multiple accounts), IP analysis (multiple accounts from same IP), behavior patterns (unusual play patterns, rapid entry/exit), transaction patterns (money laundering indicators), and team correlation (collusion detection). When suspicious activity is detected, the account is flagged for manual review.
Multi-accounting: creating multiple Purewin accounts is strictly prohibited. Each user is allowed exactly one account. Detection methods: device fingerprinting, IP analysis, KYC verification (one PAN = one account), bank account linking (one bank = one account). Violation: all accounts are permanently suspended, all winnings are forfeited, and the user is reported to authorities if fraud is detected.
Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage (e.g., sharing captain picks in a coordinated way) is prohibited. Detection methods: statistical analysis of team correlation, social network analysis, and pattern recognition. Violation: account suspension and forfeiture.
Automated scripts: using bots, scripts, or AI to enter contests or build teams is prohibited. Purewin uses behavioral analysis to detect non-human play patterns: too-fast team selection, perfect timing across multiple accounts, etc. Violation: account suspension.
Cheating and exploitation: exploiting bugs in Purewin's scoring system or contest rules to gain unfair advantage is prohibited. We have a bug bounty program: if you find a legitimate bug, report it to security@{BRAND.lower()}.com and we'll fix it (and may reward you). If you exploit a bug for personal gain, we will: void your winnings, suspend your account, and report to authorities if criminal.
Account suspension appeals: if you believe your account was suspended in error, you can appeal within 30 days. Send appeal to appeals@{BRAND.lower()}.com with: your mobile number, account email, detailed explanation, and any supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed by the compliance team within 7 business days. If the suspension is upheld, the decision is final.
